HK Kidz, is a branch of Hong Kong Institute of Languages, specializing in English, French, German, Spanish and Mandarin courses for children 2-12 years old.

Young children learn to communicate by listening and speaking: all our workshops and courses are oral and conversation-based, with an emphasis on the spoken language to encourage your child to speak as much as possible and become actively involved in each lesson.

Smiling, happy faces... Positive, enthusiastic reports from students and their parents; these are common responses to our wildly popular children's courses. Our ultimate aim is to develop a positive attitude towards language learning through an enthusiastic and enjoyable (first) experience.

It is about being actively involved in the lessons and making progress naturally and spontaneously through fun and interactive practice.

We offer a full range of courses at all ages and levels and for every need. You can choose from our selection of standard courses or request a tailor-made course to your child's specific requirements and needs.

Designed for parents and children ages 6 months to 24+ months, this 6-week play class for parents / caregivers and their babies –

• Highlights signs that are most important in the lives of babies
• Teaches signing through fun games with BeeBo™ the Baby Signs® Bear

• Introduces play activities that reinforce important language, cognitive and social- emotional skills

MORE Sign, Say & Play® Class is another 6-week Baby Signs® Program designed especially for parents / caregivers and their babies. This is an extension of the Sign, Say & Play® Class for babies and parents / caregivers. These classes follow the familiar Sign, Say & Play® format of fun songs, games and activities that introduce 36 new signs from these important themes:

• Outside
• Safety
• Farm
• Zoo
• Birthday

Each family who enrolled in the class will get a MORE Sign, Say & Play® Kit, which includes –

Designed to teach helpers how to use infant sign language with the babies in their care, the Baby Signs® Workshop teaches everything they will need to know about getting started on infant signing. It will help them see how easy it is to teach signs to your child; introduce starter signs; show effective ways of using signs at home; and what to expect as your baby transitions from signs to speech. They will also be given examples of activities and materials with which to practice signs with your baby. It will --

The Baby Signs® Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Training gives caregivers and early childhood education centers the ability to identify needs, wants, and feelings of children before they have developed the motor skills necessary for verbal communication. These workshops are based on the work of Dr. Acredolo and Dr. Goodwyn, authors of BABY SIGNS: How to Talk With Your Baby Before Your Baby Can Talk, and is supported by over 20 years of research. A Certified Instructor will come to your center to present the training and teach caregivers how to use the resource materials.

The training incorporates how the teachers can use the Baby Signs® Program to address the areas of cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and language development within their current curriculum.Your staff will learn the WHAT, WHY, WHEN, and HOW of the Baby Signs® Program. Teachers will learn about the research behind the program, why it works, when to start, and how to choose and teach signs.

All centers who undergo the ECE Training will get a Classroom Kit tailored to their needs. All classroom kits will include at least the following –
